Refund Policy

We believe in the complete satisfaction of our valued customers. We give our best effort to ensure that your gift(s) reaches the desired destination without any kind of damage. As some of our products are extremely perishable, we regret any kind of inconvenience to you because of any fault on our part. If such a thing happens, you are free to lodge a complaint with our customer care center. We assure you that your complaint will be dealt with immediate priority and the best possible course of action will be followed to resolve any kind of problem.

We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

You will get refund as per the following regulations. 

1. If the order needs to be cancelled:  if so happens the order need to be cancelled at least 24 hrs prior to the date of delivery. In this circumstance we ensure full refund of the order amount.

2. Destination of delivery is beyond our coverage. 

3. If you are not pleased with the quality of our product, we will either replace the product with another product of equal value or provide you full refund. The only condition being that the complaint about quality should be authentic and not fabricated.

        If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered due to dissatisfied due to    quality, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts will be given 100% refund, under the following circumstances ——

the recipient should refuse to accept the Flowers/Gifts and returns the same instantly at the time of delivery in intact condition.

4. All refunds will be at the discretion of the management of our company.
